Goal of Circadians: The goal is to lead a team of researchers on the planet Ryh. Players must manage their crew (dice) and visit various parts of the planet for the purpose of trade, agriculture, construction, and research. Players earn points for negotiating with the local inhabitants, mining resources for storage, upgrading their research base, exploring the planet, and collecting gems. The game is played over eight rounds. At the end of the final round, the player with the highest number of points wins.

We were light years away from our home, galaxies far away, when we first discovered this ancient celestial body - a planet full of interesting, intelligent life forms, not too different from our own. Some built kingdoms beneath the surface of green seas, others ruled deserts full of plains and cliffs. Among them, we found scientists, inventors, farmers, traders, and warriors. Although our presence unsettled some of them, we had very few incidents with the local inhabitants. Nevertheless, we, the Circadians, renowned explorers of Earth, must do everything in our power to ensure peace. We must respect this world and its hosts. The Moontide heads issued orders from above. We must initiate negotiations with three clans in the hope of gaining their favor and our own safety during our stay on the planet. We must also gather organic samples for the Moontide repository. It is new ground for all of us, but we must be brave and resourceful. The future of the Circadians depends on it.
