Orders above 2000 Kč / 80 EUR will be shipped for free (except for Prague courier deliveries, DPD and shipments leaving CZ and SK).

• You can pickup your order in person in our store at Třebohostická 2, Praha 10.
• Opening hours: Mon - Fri 8 - 17, or in the dedicated hours at Monday & Wednesday 19 - 21.
• Immediate availability of all items currently in stock.
• You can check out your items or modify your order on the spot.
• You can check out all games that are currently "in stock". If you want to see a certain game opened, look for games marked as "in the playroom".
• As soon as your order is ready, you will be notified by an e-mail.
• Personal pickup is free.
• Your order will be reserved for 7 days. Orders are not automatically cancelled.

• Your order will be delivered to a Zásilkovna pickup point of your choice, where you will pick it up.
• The item is usually ready for pickup the next day afternoon.
• Sending to Slovakia, Poland and Hungary usually takes 1 day longer.
• Orders above 2000 Kč are shipped for free (Czech Republic and Slovakia only).
• Minimal shipment costs are: 59 Kč in Czech Republic, 79 Kč in Slovakia, 89 Kč in Poland, Hungary and Romania.
• Shipment can be tracked on the Zásilkovna.cz website. The link will be provided.
• Once your order is ready for pickup, you will be informed by an SMS or by an e-mail sent by Zásilkovna.
• Weight limit 10 kg.
• Your order has to be picked-up within 7 weekdays, or the pick-up date must be extended.

• The order will be delivered to your adress (including many european countries).
• Delivering by DPD (also Intime, GLS, etc. - depends on the current offers of foreign shipping companies)
• Orders above 2000 Kč / 80 € are shipped for free (Czech Republic + Slovakia).
• Minimal shipping costs are: 49 Kč in Czech Republic, 109 Kč in Slovakia.
• The tracking link of your yourder will be provided.
• Before delivering, the shipping company will inform you by an SMS or an e-mail.

• Your order will be delivered to a specified address or to a Balíkovna branch.
• Orders above 2000 Kč / 80 € are shipped for free (Czech Republic and Slovakia only).
• Minimal shipping costs are: 49 Kč - Balíkovna; 79 Kč - delivery to your hands.
• Delivery to your hands is COD only (+35 Kč)

• Can be paid for within 30 days since ordering (card or transfer payment).

• Using benefit programs, you will be charged 149 Kč fee, regardless the size of your order.
