Každý rok se na 9 dní otevírají stánky a stánečky slavného kvedlinburského jarmarku. Scházejí se na něm mastičkáři, kořínkáři, svérázní léčitelé a alchymisté ze širého okolí, aby nabízeli své medikamenty. Každý šarlatán si tu však přihřívá svou vlastní polívčičku. V roli pokoutních felčarů budete postupně losovat ze svého sáčku přísady do léčivých lektvarů, dokud nedojdete přesvědčení, že nic lepšího už ze svých zásob neuvaříte. Ale pozor! Jediná kulička sanytru navíc může představovat příslovečnou poslední kapku a způsobit výbuch celého vašeho kotlíku!
