To play the expansion, the base game Zombicide: Black Plague is required.

Druhé velké rozšíření ke hře Zombicide: Green Horde. Zombicide: Friends and Foes obsahuje na straně "Přátel" nové přeživší, zbraně pro ně a několik zvířecích pomocníků.
