Dungeons and Dragons - board games, miniatures and expansions for games
It may not seem like it, but the Dungeons and Dragons RPG board game has been entertaining gamers around the world for nearly half a century. In that time, it's long since shed the label of a nerdy "game for nerds" who play heroes after school. Today, Dungeons & Dragons is a true phenomenon and one of the most popular board games in the world. Here you'll find books, gamebooks, maps. figures, games and much more.

How to play the game and what is the story?
Dungeons and Dragons is a game based on telling and experiencing heroic stories similar to those in fantasy movies, books and TV shows. With the difference that everything essential happens only in your imagination and fantasy.
D&D players create fictional characters that go on adventures in a fantasy world. The characters form a squad that works together to deal with the various inhabitants of the fantasy world and fight monsters, solve various mysteries, and gain treasure and knowledge.
Throughout the game, your characters earn experience points that help them to gain better abilities. The main difference between D&D and traditional board wargames is that each player controls only one specific character, not, for example, an entire group or army. You often only need a pencil and paper and a few multi-sided dice (which you can also find here).
Another important element of D&D is also the concept of the Dungeon Master (abbreviated DM in the original). His role could be described as a storyteller and referee in one. He is responsible for creating the imaginary environment of the game, coordinating the player characters, and taking on the role of supporting elements such as non-player characters, etc. The game of D&D has subsequently inspired the creators of other board games. In the Czech Republic, one of the most famous board games is Dragon's Den.
D&D: Essentials Kit: Everything you need to get started
Want to get started with D&D and don't know where to start? This Essentials Kit has everything you need for getting started and an introduction to D&D. Although the game has certain rules, the only limit is really the imagination of the players themselves. After all, the game runs on the most unsurpassed graphics card ever created. Yes, we mean the human imagination.
The set is suitable for 1 storyteller and 1 to 5 players. In the D&D Essentials Kit, you'll find a brief set of rules for the game, including rules for the professions of warrior, cleric, wizard, rogue, and bard from 1st to 6th level, and the Dragon of Icespire Peak campaign.
The basic version will keep you entertained for a long time, but you'll want more as time goes on!
Keep in mind that once you have fallen under the spell of D&D, there's no turning back. The manufacturers of the expansion sets and figures are well aware of this, and they take the gaming experience to the next level.
