In Kingdom of Wonders, you will fight for the throne of a fading kingdom that can only be restored to its former glory and fame by the rightful heir to the throne. That is, of course, you. As the future ruler, you must prove your ability to make the right decisions that will make your duchy grow faster and better than your ancient rival's. The game lasts 4 rounds. In each round you offer and select cards with which to develop your duchy. Once you have the cards, you can exchange some of them to gain resources immediately, or you can build them, whereupon they will provide you with resources or victory points each round. At the end of Round 4, the player with the most victory points is the winner.

The game is designed for 1-2 players aged 14 and over.

- 30 soldier tokens
- 4 trap tokens
- 2 scout tokens
- 4 theft tokens

- 130 cards (2 Duchy cards, 70 Development cards, 10 Treasure cards, 8 Disaster cards, 26 Threat cards, 14 Advisor cards)
- 1 scoring tile + 1 scratch-off marker
