Legacy Ward includes three characters known from the original Lobotomy. Their models and their cards have been re-made to fit the new environment. The cards are different from those included in the Lobotomy 1 Character Conversion Set Add-On. In the Legacy Ward, patients who have caused trouble in the past are detained against their will. Let history repeat itself!

In the Villain Ward, insane criminal masterminds are kept to protect society. Brake them loose at your own risk!

Hell Level introduces a set of thematic miniatures. Nothing will be the same after all hell is unleashed. Advised for players that are up for a challenge and wish to finish the game on true hell difficulty. Hell Level expansion can be used with just the Core Lobotomy 2 Manhunt and with the Inferno Expansion.
