Talisman: Drak je velkým rozšířením, které mění nebo zcela nahrazuje vnitřní region a přidává nový mechanismus dračích žetonů. Tyto žetony, z nichž si hráč na začátku svého tahu jeden vezme, jsou dvou druhů. Speciální (dračí hněv, dračí spánek, vezmi další dva žetony,...) a početnější dračí šupiny. Vytáhne-li si hráč dračí šupinu, zkusí ji umístit na příslušného Dračího vládce, který když dostane svou třetí šupinu se stává mocným dračím králem.
