Deceptive and cunning, Sulka manipulated her people into a civil war that consumed them, while she profited from their suffering. Her dark magic and mind control left both sides of the war as pawns in her scaly hands, and Sulka was soon ready to dominate what little remained. Under her rule, her people turned to unholy, long-forbidden spells and quickly subjugated Khemaru. Her empire was to rule for centuries, and only after many years did Sulka's people learn that their success was built on the machinations of evil and greed.
