Římský lid žádá hry! Císař Nero chce, abys sponzoroval hry v Koloseu, kde se gladiátoři utkají pro potěchu davu! Musíš vystavět ludi, kde budou gladiátoři trénovat jednu ze dvou možných škol, a arény, kde se mohou cvičit v boji. Poté vyšleš gladiátory do boje! Všechno to vzrušení navíc přitáhlo nové rádce, kteří za menší úplatu nabízejí zajímavé výhody.
Expanze Rome & Roll: Gladiators představuje novou desku Kolosea, kostky gladiátorů, nové společné rádce, neutrálního předáka a nové plánky. Dále karty God´s favours a Nero´s Bonus. Zároveň přibyla pátá asymterická classa - Rudiarius - vysloužilý gladiátor, který si vybojoval svobodu a může zařídit nějaké výhody u svých starých mistrů.
