"Pugs" is played in 3 rounds. Players play cards in their turns. It is necessary to respect the color of the pug, the number on the card, and the current feeding order. The feeding order indicates which animal is currently the strongest. Important rule: along with the pugs, the color must also be respected! If a player has a card of the same color, they must play it next to the corresponding pug.

Cats ignore the color rule and can be played even if a player has a suitable pug in hand. The player who played the strongest card in the row takes it to their discard pile. But beware: at the end of the game, the number on the card is not counted, but the number of cubes on it. The player who played the weakest card does not receive winning points, but can take one of the played cards into their hand and (very important!) change the feeding order!
