The game consists of 32 cards. Any number of players can participate, but at least three.

The cards are shuffled and dealt out one by one. The player to the left of the dealer starts: they ask their fellow players for a card in order to form a quartet. The player asked must hand over the card if they have it. The asker can continue asking for more cards until one of the players does not have the card. That player then continues the game. Complete quartets are immediately laid out on the table. Each quartet series consists of 4 cards, which are marked 1-8, A, B, C, D. The winner is the one who has the most quartets at the end of the game.
