In the Thornmar Abbey, the ancient order of holy knights guards a sealed portal to the underworld. The knights must protect the elders - ancient sages who maintain the seal. After decades of peace, the seal has weakened and demons emerge from the cracks. The demons try to break through the brave knights and kill enough elders to completely break the seal by morning. Only these brave knights, endowed with the power of the gods, have a chance to protect the elders and prevent an army of monsters from flooding the world.

Knight Fall is an asymmetric team game for one to six players. One team controls the knights, who must protect the elders and resist demons until dawn. The other team controls the demons, who try to break the seal to the underworld before dawn.

During the game, you choose a unique knight or demon, each with different special abilities - for example, the Flame Knight can surround his enemies with fire or the Bone Crusher can summon skeletons. The cards you play from your hand to perform actions can be used in various ways, and a set of unique location tiles allows you to create a monastery with a different layout in each game.

Knight Fall also includes a campaign mode for one to two players. In this mode, as you explore the map of the eerie valley, you read stories and draw your path along the way.

Travel through crumbling churches, ominous forests, and dark mountains to stop the demons before the final battle at Thornmar Abbey. You must do everything to keep your knights alive; the death of each knight means one less hero to fight the attacking demons in the final battle!
