Product detailed description
Jamaica, year 1675.
After a long pirate career, Captain Henry Morgan skillfully appointed as the governor of Jamaica with a specific order to clean the Caribbean of pirates and buccaneers! Instead, he invites all his former "colleagues" to join him for a rest and enjoy the fruits of their plunder without punishment. In memory of the "good old days," Morgan organizes the Great Challenge every year, a race around the island, at the end of which the captain with the most gold is declared the Grand Winner.
The game ends on the turn when at least one player's ship reaches the finish line and completes one lap around the island of Jamaica. At this point, players receive varying amounts of gold based on how far they were from the finish line at the end of the race. This gold is added to the gold the player obtained along the way by deviating from the race to search for valuable treasure, stealing gold from other players, or simply loading gold according to the instructions of the cards played during the race. The player with the highest total amount of gold obtained in all these ways is then declared the winner.
