One of the players is the Criminal, who is plotting a sinister plan to kidnap their victim and leaving behind mysterious clues. The other players are detectives who work together to solve these puzzles and uncover the clues. If they manage to solve enough puzzles and use careful deduction, they can deduce what is happening behind the crime and stop the criminal.
