Chaos reigns on the island of Oshra. After the emperor's death, the conflict between the mountain tribes and the imperial army has intensified. While the Water People try to maintain balance between ancient rivals, the undead seek to escalate the war. All hope lies in the six Emperor's children: Who will compete for the throne?

In the game Heirs to the Throne, you take on the role of one of the six secret leaders, each of whom is an ally of two of the four factions/colors. By playing heroes to your table, openly or secretly, you influence the outcome of the conflict.

At the end of the game, one of the four factions will emerge victorious:
Red leader > victory for red
Green leader > victory for green
Tie between red and green > victory for blue
Red and green in the war zone > victory for black
Each player associated with the winning faction can claim victory. However, they must have more heroes of that color than any opponent.

Heirs to the Throne is a fast, light strategic card game with direct player interaction. It combines elements of tableau building and deduction with a unique victory mechanism.
