You have studied the record, connected the dots, and gathered all the evidence you could. You are close - soon the whole world will know the truth about the Cryptid. A group of like-minded cryptozoologists has joined forces to finally reveal the elusive creature, but the glory of the discovery is too rich to share. Without revealing part of what you know, you will never be able to find the animal, but reveal too much and your name will be long forgotten!

Cryptid is a unique deduction game full of honest deception, in which players must try to uncover information about their opponents' clues while leading them astray. Each player holds one piece of evidence that will help them find the creature, and on their turn, they can try to gather more information from their opponents. Be warned; reveal too much and your opponents may outsmart you and claim the glory for themselves!

The game includes a modular game board, five clue books, and a deck of setup cards with hundreds of possible configurations at two difficulty levels. It is also supported by an entirely optional digital companion that allows for quicker game setup and an almost endless array of puzzles.
