Sometimes I heard that some players build their clinics almost the same every time and that the construction part of the game lacks diversity. That's why I added Urban Design 1.0 in the Expansion, which requires different layouts, and Underground Works with engineering networks, which reduce the available space and allow you to change the size and configuration of player boards as you please. In the third expansion, I then added Urban Design 2.0.

But still... you have all become veterans of all these obstacles and now you need more!

So I offer you a new ground floor layout and a new series of double boards, which should not only speed up the development of your clinic, but also allow you to play on these more challenging floors - enough to get you out of the rut!
